Business handshake

Owner-Operator.
People-First.
Long Term Growth.

Cyan Arc exists for a simple reason: established businesses deserve a thoughtful successor.

We're led by an owner-operator who knows what it takes to lead people, serve customers, and build something that lasts. When we acquire a business, we step in with the same mindset you have, because we've been in your shoes.

We're not a fund. Not private equity. Not a roll-up platform looking to cut costs and flip.

What Guides Our Process

Selling a business is both a financial decision and a personal one.
We respect both.

01

Your Goals Come First

We start by understanding what matters to you. Your timing. Your priorities. Your concerns.

02

Direct Communication

No pressure. No surprises. Just clarity about where things stand and what comes next.

03

Building on Your Legacy

We work to preserve what you've built. Your culture. Your standards. Your reputation.

A Simple, Respectful Approach

We keep things straightforward. Here's what to expect.

01

Initial Conversation

An informal discussion to understand your business, your goals, and whether there might be a good fit. No pressure, no obligations.

02

Discovery & Evaluation

If there's mutual interest, we conduct a thorough but respectful review, always confidential and designed to minimize disruption.

03

Proposal & Terms

You receive a clear proposal. Everything is negotiable, and we work together to shape terms that reflect your priorities.

04

Transition & Beyond

A smooth handover based on your preferences, whether that's a clean exit or a defined transition period where you stay involved.

Every Business Is Unique

Let's discuss what an acquisition might look like for your specific situation.

Acquisition with Intention

A successor you can trust.

Building on
What You've Created

Cyan Arc was founded on a straightforward belief: great businesses deserve thoughtful stewardship, not transactional exits.

Many owners, especially those running family businesses or companies built over decades, reach a point where continuing alone is no longer the right path. The usual options, selling to a competitor or a financial buyer focused on quick returns, often don't align with what owners actually want for their employees, customers, and legacy.

We exist to offer something different. A committed successor who preserves what matters and builds on the foundation you've spent years creating.
